3:00 pm – 5:00 pm  Fiduciaries, Finances & Fraud: How to Meet Your Obligations When Handling Other People's Money: Chase Phillips & Mark Friese will present best practices on how conservators & trustees make investment & planning decisions that align with their fiduciary responsibility including establishing & achieving financial goals.  Robert Jones, Fraud Expert, will present a top-to-bottom look at the key elements found in every brokerage statement & provide helpful tools to glean pertinent information that can test the fiduciary worthiness of the account’s broker/advisor & if the account is meeting its goals & objectives.
