The training will be taught by VAELA member attorney, Timothy K. Palmer of Suffolk.  Mr. Palmer is a recognized authority on Elder Law in Virginia.  As a speaker on Elder Law issues for the Virginia Certified Legal Education program, National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and the National Business Institute, Tim Palmer has developed an extensive understanding of Elder Law issues and solutions.
